Refund and Returns Policy

At Studio Caret Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your VISION STAND. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The VISION STAND must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all structural components, tools, and documentation that arrived with it.
You must provide the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from studiocaret.com.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item at our designated facility, our logistics team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned package. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (processed securely via Stripe). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s internal processing policies (usually 5–10 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your VISION STAND arrives damaged due to shipping or features a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement unit or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to expedite your claim.
